Shareholders authorized large issuances of common stock, preferred conversions, and pre-funded warrant exercises tied to a merger agreement.

Investors also authorized additional common stock issuances tied to a separate securities purchase agreement, including preferred conversions and warrant exercises.

An amendment to the 2018 Equity Incentive Plan was adopted, raising the share pool to 8,800,000.

Stockholders adopted a charter amendment to rename the company United Compute Inc.; an adjournment proposal also passed.
