Sidetrade says Mistras Group adopts Aimie AI agent for customer collections
MG•Mistras Group adopted Sidetrade’s Aimie autonomous AI agent for accounts-receivable collections in a new U.S. deployment.
1. AI collections deployment
Aimie will interact with customers, qualify invoices, update collection strategies and support dispute management, operating continuously with minimal human input. The rollout uses Sidetrade’s proprietary Order-to-Cash data lake, built on more than $10 trillion of aggregated B2B transactions.
