Sidus Space appoints Larry G. Swets Jr. as audit committee chair
SIDU•Sidus Space appointed Larry G. Swets Jr. as an independent director and audit committee chair, effective Oct. 5, 2026.
1. Board appointment
Swets will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, capital deployment discipline and risk management as audit committee chair. He is CEO of FG Imperii Acquisition Corp., interim CEO of Saltire Capital Ltd and head of merchant banking at FG Nexus.
