Sigma Lithium halted all mining and industrial production on Sept. 30 while awaiting a Federal Court of Appeals ruling. The pause follows a 15-day delay in review of its emergency motion challenging a preliminary injunction tied to environmental licensing. Commercial and recycling operations will continue, including sales of lithium fines to support cash flow.
