Signet named Jamie Cygielman president of Zales, Banter; she previously led Mattel’s global Dolls unit, including as president of American Girl.
Pam Cloud joined as president of Blue Nile; she spent more than 25 years at Tiffany, most recently as senior vice president, chief merchandising officer.
Cygielman starts Aug. 24 in Dallas; Cloud began Aug. 10 in New York City.
