Preclinical SIL204 data support ongoing development
Silexion Therapeutics reported new preclinical results for SIL204, extending earlier findings disclosed in May 2026.
Studies indicated SIL204 may make KRAS-mutant pancreatic cancer and NSCLC cells more vulnerable to immune attack, supporting combination use with PD-(L)1 therapies.
The update comes as SIL204 advances into Phase 2/3 evaluation, following initiation of the first clinical trial site in late July 2026.
