Silver Bow Mining signed a definitive deal to acquire the Jefferson County Metallurgical Complex in Montana via a Chapter 11 Section 363 process.
The asset package includes 15,000-tpd and 1,000-tpd milling and flotation circuits, tailings facilities, crushing and ore storage, and the historic Montana Tunnels M-Pit.
