Silynxcom announces annual shareholder meeting
SYNX•Silynxcom will hold its annual general meeting on November 24, 2026, in Netanya, Israel. Shareholders will vote on two director reelections and the reappointment of auditor Ziv Haft.

Silynxcom will hold its annual general meeting at its offices in Netanya, Israel. Shareholders will vote to reelect Nir Klein and Yafit Keret as Class III directors for three-year terms and to reappoint BDO member Ziv Haft as auditor until the next annual meeting, with compensation determined by the board.
