Regulatory waiting period expires for Altaris deal
Simulations Plus, Inc. said the expiration of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period for its pending acquisition by Altaris satisfies a regulatory condition for the deal.
The deal remains subject to Simulations Plus shareholder and French regulatory approvals.
The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
