Singularity Future Technology prices $5 million registered direct offering at $3.20 a share

Singularity Future Technology priced two registered direct offerings expected to raise about $6.8 million in gross proceeds.

• First offering: 340,000 common shares at $3.00, pre-funded warrants for 260,000 shares at $2.999 with a $0.001 exercise price.
• Second offering: 451,250 common shares at $3.20, pre-funded warrants for up to 1,111,250 shares at $3.199 with a $0.001 exercise price.
• Pre-funded warrants are immediately exercisable until fully exercised.
• An additional allocation right tied to the first deal was terminated in connection with the second offering.
