SPNTSPNT

SiriusPoint reorganized into four divisions: Global P&C Programs (merging North America and International Programs under Patrick Charles), Global Reinsurance, Global Accident & Health and a new London Market Specialty division led by David Govrin with Lloyd’s Syndicate 1945. As part of the restructuring, executive Rob Gibbs will leave the company.

1. New Four-Division Structure

SiriusPoint will now operate through four business areas: Global P&C Programs (combining its North America and International Programs operations), Global Reinsurance, Global Accident & Health and a London Market Specialty division featuring Syndicate 1945. The reorganization aims to streamline operations and reinforce its global underwriting platforms.

2. Leadership Appointments

Patrick Charles will lead the merged Global P&C Programs division, while David Govrin will assume leadership of the London Market Specialty division in addition to his role as CEO Global Reinsurance. These appointments reflect the company’s focus on strengthening program underwriting and specialty lines in London.

3. Executive Departure and Segment Continuity

Rob Gibbs will depart the company as part of the restructuring, with no changes to the Global Reinsurance and Global Accident & Health segments. SiriusPoint intends to maintain continuity in its core reinsurance and A&H businesses during the transition.
