SITM•Director Katherine E. Schuelke resigned from SiTime’s board and two board committees, effective October 20, 2026, reducing the board from nine members to eight.
1. Board resignation
Katherine E. Schuelke notified SiTime’s board on October 19, 2026, that she was resigning from the board and two committees, effective October 20. The board will have eight members, down from nine. The resignation did not stem from a disagreement over company operations, policies or practices.
