SK Hynix Q3 profit jumps more than 7-fold, beats forecasts

SK Hynix reported record operating profit of 83.3 trillion won for the July-September quarter, more than seven times the 11.4 trillion won reported a year earlier. The result exceeded the 76.7 trillion won LSEG SmartEstimate. Quarterly revenue rose 328% to 104.6 trillion won, as demand for AI infrastructure drove up memory chip prices.
