SK Hynix Grabs Record 47.2 Trillion Won Profit, Plans U.S. Packaging Plant
SK Hynix posted a record 47.2 trillion won operating profit in 2025, surpassing Samsung Electronics’ 43.6 trillion won, driven by its global leadership in high-bandwidth memory chips for AI servers. The company plans to select a U.S. site and begin construction of a chip packaging plant around Q1 next year.
