SkyAI announces annual shareholder meeting webcast

SkyAI will hold its 2026 annual stockholders meeting virtually on Sept. 18, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect five directors to serve until the 2027 annual meeting.

Ballots also cover auditor ratification for 2026 and adoption of a 2026 Equity Incentive Plan with up to 5,145,000 shares.

An additional proposal seeks approval to adjourn the meeting if needed to solicit more proxies for the proposals.
