SkyX Technologies raised $33 million from institutional investors, including a $25 million purchase at $2.50 per share, and extended $13.5 million of notes to 2030. It launched its patented SKYFAN and Turbo Heater products at Home Depot, Target, Walmart and Lowe’s and joined NVIDIA’s AI program.

1. Capital Raise Strengthens Balance Sheet

SkyX secured over $33 million in fresh capital from fundamental institutions, including a $25 million straight common share investment at $2.50 per share with no warrants, and extended $13.5 million of maturing notes out to 2030, significantly bolstering its balance sheet.

2. Retail Launches and AI Partnership

The company launched its patented SKYFAN and Turbo Heater at Home Depot, Target, Walmart and Lowe’s across 60 e-commerce sites, and is integrating a new AI-driven software to lift online conversion rates up to 30% while joining NVIDIA’s AI Ecosystem Connect program for smart home deployments.

3. Growth Outlook and Safety Standardization

After seven consecutive quarters of revenue growth, SkyX targets deploying over 100,000 units in 2026 across U.S. and global smart home projects, and its safety code team—led by former NEC and ALA veterans—is advancing ANSI/NEMA approvals to drive mandatory ceiling outlet standardization and potential insurance endorsements.
