In 2025, these programs saved customers more than $106 million and cut approximately 54 million net therms—enough energy for about 38,000 homes—while delivering $1.41 in total customer value per $1 invested.

Between 2021 and 2025, cumulative savings exceeded $475 million and reduced energy use by over 242 million net therms, equivalent to serving around 172,000 homes annually, showcasing consistent program expansion and customer adoption.

Environmental impacts include avoidance of roughly 286,000 metric tons of CO2e emissions in 2025—equal to removing over 66,000 gasoline vehicles from roads—and about 1.28 million metric tons avoided since 2021.
