Society Pass disclosed board resignations in September 2026, leaving it with no remaining directors. CEO Ray Liang and CFO Tan Yee Siong also resigned, effective Sept. 30.

1. Resignations disclosed

Jeremy Rosenthal left the board on Sept. 8, effective immediately. Michael Dunn, Travis Washko, Mark Carrington, Michael Freed and Vincent Puccio resigned on Sept. 11, also effective immediately; Liang and Tan submitted resignations on Sept. 15, effective Sept. 30.
