Solana Co Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $30.3 million; revenue rises to $2.5 million

Solana Company posted Q2 2026 revenue of $2.5 million, up from $43,000 a year earlier; net loss widened to $30.3 million.
Loss per share narrowed to $0.38 from $79.73; operating loss widened to $32.7 million from $3.3 million.
General and administrative expenses climbed to $11.1 million from $3.3 million, including $6.8 million of severance tied to the PoNS divestiture.
Nonoperating income totaled $2.4 million, including a $3.1 million gain on the sale of the PoNS business.
Infrastructure expansion in Asia-Pacific
The company said it built its first institutional validator cluster in Tokyo and signed a partnership with the Jito Foundation to expand Asia-Pacific Solana infrastructure.
