Shareholders will vote on electing three Class III directors for terms expiring in 2029.
Proposals on share authorization and other matters
The ballot includes a charter amendment to raise authorized common shares to 1,000,000,000 from 375,000,000.
Other items include an advisory vote on executive pay, ratification of the auditor, approval tied to the YA II PN equity facility, and adjournment authority.
