Somec’s US subsidiary Fabbrica won a contract for the 350 Park Avenue office tower in Midtown Manhattan.
The scope covers fabrication, supply and installation of more than 83,600 square meters of curtain-wall façades.
Work is scheduled from 2026 through 2032, and the group’s backlog now exceeds EUR 1 billion.
350 Park Avenue is designed by Foster + Partners, and the developer is Vornado Realty Trust.
