Sonic Automotive Brings 1,200+ Harley-Davidsons to Sturgis Rally with Pre-Sale Program
SAH•Sonic Automotive’s Sturgis Harley-Davidson dealers will deploy over 1,200 new and used Harley-Davidson motorcycles at the 86th Sturgis Rally from August 7–16, marking the largest single-location inventory in the U.S. The company also launched a “Rally Ready” pre-sale program and is offering 26 limited-edition “250 Years of Freedom” custom bikes.
1. Record Rally Inventory
Sturgis Harley-Davidson and Black Hills Harley-Davidson will bring more than 1,200 new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles to the 86th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, running August 7–16, 2026. This represents the largest aggregation of Harley-Davidson inventory ever assembled at a single location, including an expanded selection of trikes and models across all configurations.
2. Rally Ready Pre-Sale Program
The newly launched Rally Ready program allows riders to pre-select and reserve motorcycles online before arriving in Sturgis, then pick up their chosen bike upon arrival. This service aims to cut search time for out-of-town attendees and ensure access to high-demand models during rally week.
3. Limited-Edition America 250 Collection
To commemorate America’s 250th anniversary, the dealer group is offering 26 custom “250 Years of Freedom” Harley-Davidson motorcycles with unique silver livery, 1776–2026 badging, and rally-inspired design details.
