South Bow is targeting a mid-2027 final investment decision on its proposed Prairie Connector and jointly developed Liberty Bridge Pipeline projects. The projects secured 20-year binding transportation commitments from nine customers for service from Hardisty to U.S. delivery points, and expected pre-investment-decision spending totals about $65 million in each of 2026 and 2027.
Third-quarter 2026 normalized EBITDA reached $248 million, while distributable cash flow totaled $187 million, supported by a one-time favorable tax adjustment. Repurchases extinguished $320 million of senior unsecured notes; net debt-to-normalized EBITDA was 4.3 times, compared with a medium-term target of four times.
