Sabrina Callahan has joined Southwest Airlines as the inaugural Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, consolidating digital, e-commerce, brand, social and marketing functions under a single leader. She brings transformational experience from Hilton, Walmart and AT&T and will focus on driving customer base growth, modernizing the marketing funnel and enhancing the digital booking and travel journey.

2. Leadership for Rapid Rewards Loyalty Program

Nandika Suri steps in as Vice President of Rapid Rewards to oversee the airline’s loyalty program, aiming to grow membership, deepen engagement and strengthen co-brand and partner relationships. With prior roles at Choice Hotels, Under Armour and United Airlines, she will implement new earning and redemption options to increase loyalty-driven revenue.
