S&P Global raised its 2026 adjusted EPS forecast to $17.70-$17.95 from $17.50-$17.75. Revenue growth guidance increased to 7.4%-8.4% from 5.9%-7.9%, and the company now forecasts adjusted operating margin expansion of 75-100 basis points, up from 35-60 basis points.
2. Quarterly results
Third-quarter revenue rose 7% to $3.68 billion, and adjusted diluted EPS increased 9% to $4.58. GAAP diluted EPS guidance fell to $16.25-$16.50 from $16.35-$16.60.
