Space-Eyes names four directors for post-merger board with McKinley Acquisition

McKinley Acquisition’s planned Space-Eyes deal set four new directors for the post-combination board: James Reese, Harbir Singh, Norm Christensen and Terry Meguid.
- Reese is a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, former Delta Force officer and former CIA special-operations adviser, and founder of security consultancy TigerSwan.
- Singh is a Wharton management professor, co-director of the Mack Institute for Innovation Management, and a researcher in strategy, innovation, alliances and acquisitions.
- Christensen previously owned AAE Aerospace, later acquired by Karman Space & Defense, with manufacturing experience in missile, hypersonic and space components.
- Meguid is a former Morgan Stanley worldwide investment-banking head and Perella Weinberg founding partner, with capital-markets and M&A experience.
