Spark I Acquisition amended an 8-K to correct the estimated redemption price to about $11.60 per Class A share. A $0.10-per-share trust deposit is scheduled for Oct. 5, 2026, and shareholders must withdraw redemption requests by Oct. 2 to avoid the estimated redemption.

1. Redemption price correction

Spark I Acquisition filed an amended 8-K correcting the estimated redemption price for Class A ordinary shares to about $11.60 per share. A one-time trust deposit of $0.10 per non-redeemed public share is scheduled for Oct. 5, 2026; shareholders who do not withdraw prior redemption requests by Oct. 2, 2026, will receive the estimated $11.60 per share.
