JLL arranges sale of Austin’s Lavaca Plaza office building to Riverside
JLL•JLL Capital Markets arranged the sale of Lavaca Plaza, an 11-story, 122,042-square-foot office building in downtown Austin, to Riverside.
1. Property sale
Riverside acquired the building at 504 Lavaca St., near 5th and Lavaca. Built in 1981, the property has parking on floors one through seven and four floors of office space.
