Spectrum Awards $300,000 to Scholars, Strengthening Early-Career Talent Pipeline
CHTR•Charter’s Spectrum awarded 15 rising juniors $300,000 in two-year scholarships, providing each $20,000 alongside mentorship and paid internships. Since 2020, the program has invested over $2 million in more than 100 students, enhancing Spectrum’s early-career talent pipeline and professional development offerings.
1. Program Launch and Scholarship Amount
Spectrum selected 15 rising college juniors for its sixth Spectrum Scholars class, awarding a combined $300,000 in two-year scholarships. Each scholar receives $20,000 applied across junior and senior years.
2. Mentorship and Career Support
The program pairs financial awards with one-on-one mentorship, professional development experiences, and paid internship opportunities at offices in Stamford, Austin, Charlotte, Denver or St. Louis. Scholars gain networking access and real-world work experience to prepare for post-college careers.
