Splash Beverage partners with Lupvindol to advance CannEpil via FDA veterinary pathway

Splash Beverage Group signed a development and collaboration deal with Lupvindol Biosciences to advance CannEpil via the FDA veterinary drug pathway.

The program targets companion-animal oncology and chronic pain management, with an initial focus on dogs.

Lupvindol will handle scientific development, product work and FDA regulatory strategy, including the INAD process, toward potential conditional approval.

Splash will fund milestones, lead commercialization strategy and retain ownership of study data, regulatory submissions, new IP and licensing rights.

Lupvindol will absorb the annual FDA sponsor fee through conditional approval unless sponsorship is transferred.
