Assets under management reached $59.6 billion at December 31, 2025, marking a 21% increase from $49.1 billion in Q3 and an 89% rise from $31.5 billion a year earlier, driven by $3.9 billion in net inflows. Management fees rose 28% to $199 million, while performance fees jumped to $54.7 million.

1. AUM Growth

As of December 31, 2025, assets under management totaled $59.6 billion, up 21% from $49.1 billion at September 30, 2025 and 89% from $31.5 billion a year earlier. Growth was fueled by market value appreciation across major fund products and $3.9 billion in net inflows, primarily into Exchange Listed Products.

2. Revenue Performance

Full-year management fees increased 28% to $199 million, while carried interest and performance fees rose to $54.7 million for the year. Net fees climbed 49% to $216 million, driven by higher average AUM, appreciation in precious metals trusts and ETFs, and performance in managed equities and private strategies.

3. Expense Trends

Net compensation expense rose to $75.1 million for the year, reflecting higher incentive payouts, though the net compensation ratio improved to 40%. Stock-based compensation expense surged to $75.5 million due to the adoption of a cash-settled plan and mark-to-market accounting amid an 18% quarterly and 132% annual stock increase.

4. Strategic Positioning

Precious metals outperformance and increased demand for critical materials underpinned strong fund performance, with investments in gold, silver, platinum and palladium leading returns. The company believes its expertise in these sectors positions it to capitalize on macroeconomic trends and generate shareholder value going forward.
