Q2 results swing to profit

Spruce Power posted Q2 2026 net income attributable to stockholders of USD 3.3 million, swinging from a loss a year earlier.

Operating income rose 10% year over year to USD 9.8 million, while revenue fell to USD 30.3 million.

EBITDA and liquidity improve

Operating EBITDA climbed 7% to a record USD 26.5 million, helped by lower costs; SG&A dropped 26%.

Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash totaled USD 81.5 million, or USD 4.24 per share; debt principal repayments were USD 7.9 million.

CEO Chris Hayes cited structural cost reductions and said liquidity supports flexibility as the company pursues a broader portfolio refinancing.
