Benjamin Rosenzweig joined the board as a Class B director on Sept. 18, 2026 to fill the vacancy.
RSU vesting and compensation details
McBane’s 93,678 unvested RSUs will vest immediately, with share delivery deferred until results release, Dec. 15, 2026, or a change in control.
Rosenzweig received RSUs valued at USD 225,000, based on the Sept. 18, 2026 closing stock price.
