1. Shareholders approve move
Spruce Power Holding Corp. shareholders adopted a plan to change the company’s domicile from Delaware to Texas at the reconvened 2026 annual meeting on Aug. 25. The conversion is expected to take effect on or about Oct. 20, 2026, but has not yet been executed. The company’s NYSE listing under symbol SPRU is expected to continue without a trading interruption once the change is completed.
