SS Innovations secured regulatory clearance for its SSi Mantra surgical robotic system to perform telesurgeries in Indonesia and the Philippines, marking its first approvals in Southeast Asia and broadening its global footprint.

The company surpassed 150 cumulative telesurgeries, predominantly in India, highlighted by 18 inter-hospital operations on February 14—13 gastric bypasses and 5 complex gynecological procedures—demonstrating robust system adoption.
3. Portable Console Innovation
The compact MantrAsana Tele Surgeon Console, a chair-based variant of the main command center, enabled these procedures by offering portability and space efficiency, facilitating remote surgeries from diverse settings including physician offices.
4. Upcoming SMRSC 2026 Conference
SS Innovations will host the Global Multi-Specialty Robotic Surgery Conference in New Delhi from April 9–11, where over 20 live telesurgeries will showcase the SSi Mantra’s capabilities to international surgical leaders.
