St. Joe launches custom homesite sales at Watersound’s Gallery community in Florida
JOE•St. Joe launched sales at The Gallery, a gated Watersound community in Inlet Beach, Florida, with 81 homesites; bidding for an initial 35-lot release opens Oct. 15 for the Founders List and Oct. 17 for the general public.
1. Homesite bidding opens
The Gallery will offer 81 homesites, with the initial 35-lot release sold through competitive bidding. Buyers may use their preferred builder, subject to architectural guidelines. St. Joe is developing 13 other active residential communities across Northwest Florida.
