Stagwell Taps 15-Year Product Veteran Dru Sil as Global Product Managing Director
Stagwell appointed Dru Sil as Global Product Managing Director of Stagwell Media Platform, charged with global product development, media activation and integration across the AI-driven SMP suite. Sil brings over 15 years of commerce and product leadership at Omnicom and WPP, boosting SMP’s capacity to expand its marketing offerings.
1. Appointment Overview
Stagwell has appointed Dru Sil as Global Product Managing Director of its Media Platform, effective immediately. In this role, Sil reports to Global CEO Matt Adams and will oversee global product development, media activation and integration across the AI-driven Stagwell Media Platform suite.
2. Sil’s Experience
Sil brings more than 15 years of commerce and product leadership experience at Annalect within Omnicom and in product strategy roles across Omnicom and WPP agencies. He has co-developed solutions for major brands including Diageo, Dyson, General Mills, Kimberly-Clark, Jaguar/Land Rover, PepsiCo, TJ Maxx, Tyson Foods and Unilever.
3. Strategic Context
This appointment follows the July 2025 establishment of Stagwell Media Platform and recent launches of Stagwell Search+ and The Machine. Sil’s leadership is intended to accelerate product strategy execution and support scaling of Stagwell’s AI-powered marketing and media services globally.
