STAK names Xiaofei Han chief financial officer
STAK•Stak appointed Xiaofei Han chief financial officer effective Nov. 1, 2026, replacing Diana Li, who resigned effective Oct. 31. Chief Technology Officer Ke Dennis Xu also resigned effective Oct. 31; neither resignation resulted from a disagreement.

Han has approximately 20 years of financial experience and previously served as a senior manager at Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk. Chief Technology Officer Ke Dennis Xu also resigned effective Oct. 31. Neither resignation resulted from a disagreement.
