StandardAero signs LEAP engine maintenance agreement with aircraft lessor Avolon
SARO•StandardAero and Avolon sign multi-year LEAP maintenance framework
StandardAero signed a multi-year, non-exclusive LeaseTEAM agreement with aircraft lessor Avolon covering CFM LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engine maintenance.
The deal gives Avolon access to maintenance capacity as a backstop for lease underwriting, supporting A320neo and 737 MAX operators.
The framework allows Avolon to pass through priority induction slots, not-to-exceed pricing, and access to spare engine capacity for airline customers.
Avolon’s fleet includes about 150 delivered A320neo aircraft and 54 737 MAX aircraft. The lessor had 1,117 owned, managed, and committed aircraft as of June 30, 2026.
