Stellantis and JM&A Group Launch FlexCare Drive F&I Suite for 14 Brands
JM&A Group and Stellantis announced a strategic alliance to introduce FlexCare Drive, a co-branded suite of F&I products customized for Stellantis’ 14 automotive brands. Leveraging its 50 years of experience and network of over 3,800 dealerships, JM&A Group will administer these solutions to enhance dealer profitability and customer choice.
1. Strategic Alliance Expands Stellantis’s F&I Offering
On January 22, 2026, Stellantis announced a strategic alliance with JM&A Group to launch FlexCare Drive, a new suite of branded finance and insurance (F&I) products tailored to Stellantis’s 14 automotive brands. JM&A Group, which serves over 3,800 dealerships nationwide with more than 800 associates—including a dedicated sales force of 300+—will administer these industry-leading products alongside Stellantis’s existing FlexCare portfolio. According to Stellantis vice president Jim Trebilcock, the collaboration will enhance dealer choice and customer experience, leveraging JM&A’s four decades of expertise in vehicle protection plans, pre-paid maintenance and GAP programs.
2. Turnaround Strategy Centers on Iconic Brands and Hybrid Growth
Stellantis is executing a turnaround plan focused on revitalizing its core brands—Jeep, Ram and Chrysler—while accelerating hybrid and electric vehicle rollouts. After a 2021 merger that blurred its strategic identity, Stellantis reported record global deliveries in 2025, driven by Jeep’s expanded SUV lineup and Ram’s heavy-duty truck innovations. Management projects that hybrid variants will account for 30% of total sales by 2027, supported by over 30 new electrified models across its portfolio. Investors will watch closely as Stellantis leverages its century-long heritage in North America and partnerships like FlexCare Drive to boost margins and market share.
