Stewart Information Services bought a majority stake in Rattikin Title, a Fort Worth-based title agency operating across Texas for more than 80 years.
The deal expands Stewart’s footprint in North Texas, combining two established Texas title insurance brands with historical ties dating back more than a century.
Rattikin will support broader title and escrow coverage in the Fort Worth and North Texas region under Stewart’s North Texas and Oklahoma division.
