Stoke Therapeutics said dosing is complete in the first two cohorts of the Phase 1 OSPREY trial of STK-002 in autosomal dominant optic atrophy. Dosing in the third cohort is targeted by the end of 2026, with initial safety and early efficacy readouts from higher-dose cohorts expected in the first half of 2027.
2. Preclinical findings
The company presented new preclinical findings at AAO 2026. The data supported an approach aimed at restoring OPA1 protein levels to slow or alter progressive vision loss.
