Stonepeak completed its acquisition of BMO’s transportation and vendor finance businesses in the United States and Canada. The acquired businesses launched as Longview Capital Solutions, an independent commercial equipment finance platform serving North America.
2. Transition arrangements
BMO will continue servicing and originating current and future loans on Longview’s behalf during the transition. Customers will retain existing teams, systems and agreements, with no material operational changes during the transition.
