Stratasys Launches ULTEM 1010 Filament, PolyJet ToughONE Resins and Warping Software

SSYSSSYS

Stratasys introduced ULTEM™ 1010 filament for its F3300® printer, enabling aerospace-grade, high-temperature FDM parts and scheduled larger spools for F900® and Fortus® systems. It also released PolyJet ToughONE™ materials for J3/J5 printers, P3™ Deflect™ 110 and Loctite® 3D IND3785 resins for Origin®, and GrabCAD Print Pro™ warping software.

1. ULTEM 1010 Filament Expansion

Stratasys has introduced ULTEM™ 1010 filament for its F3300® printer to produce high-temperature, aerospace-grade parts with a low coefficient of thermal expansion. The company plans to offer larger spools this summer for uninterrupted builds on F900® and Fortus® 450mc® Gen III systems using the Fortus FDC™ filament dryer.

2. New Photocurable and PolyJet Materials

The P3™ Deflect™ 110 resin for Origin® printers supports parts exposed to heat and mechanical loads, while Loctite® 3D IND3785 low-migration resin meets FDA and EU compliance for food and pharma applications. PolyJet ToughONE™ white and black materials for J3/J5 systems deliver durable, flexible prototypes that withstand repeated testing.

3. Measurement-Based Warped Adaptive Modeling

GrabCAD Print Pro™ now integrates measurement-based warped adaptive modeling to automatically correct distortion in Origin® P3™ parts, ensuring precise dimensions for complex fixtures, connectors and industrial jigs without multiple trial iterations.
