XLRE•Palmetto 74 Logistics Center reaches full occupancy
Stream Realty Partners fully leased the 403,496-sq-ft Palmetto 74 Logistics Center in 10 months, lifting occupancy to 100% from about 11%.
The company completed five leases totaling 359,174 sq ft, representing about 89% of the project’s area. The final lease covered 76,605 sq ft to Vision Aerospace, an FAA- and EASA-certified Part 145 repair station.
The lease-up represented more than $90 million in lease transactions.
