Stryker signed a definitive agreement to acquire ZuriMED, developer of the commercialized FiberLocker System for rotator cuff augmentation.
FiberLocker is designed to increase biomechanical strength, targeting a key clinical failure mode in rotator cuff repair.
The deal aims to strengthen Stryker’s shoulder portfolio across sports medicine and arthroplasty, focusing on the fast-growing rotator cuff segment.
Closing remains subject to customary conditions; Stryker and ZuriMED will operate separately until completion.
