SuanNutra to acquire IFF specialty natural ingredients businesses
SuanNutra, backed by Carbyne Equity Partners, agreed to acquire a portfolio of specialty natural ingredients businesses from IFF.
The assets will be combined with SuanNutra to build a larger science-backed natural ingredients group spanning nutraceuticals and food-enhancement ingredients.
The deal is expected to close by end-2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
The combined group is expected to have about 700 employees, serving more than 1,200 customers across over 60 countries.
