The reincorporation measure had more than 97% support of votes cast, but only over 33% of outstanding shares.
Approval requires more than 50% of outstanding voting stock as of the July 8, 2026 record date.

Sui Group Holdings adjourned its 2026 annual shareholder meeting to extend voting on a Minnesota-to-Delaware reincorporation proposal.
The meeting will reconvene Oct. 2, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. ET at the company’s Wayzata, Minnesota offices.
