Suma Acquisition priced its 15,000,000-unit IPO at $10 per unit, raising $150 million and listing on the Nasdaq Global Market under symbol “SUMAU” with trading to start March 11, 2026. Each unit includes one Class A share and one-fifth warrant, with an underwriter option for 2,250,000 additional units.

1. IPO Pricing and Structure

Suma Acquisition Corporation priced 15,000,000 units at $10 per unit, raising $150 million. Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and a warrant exercisable for one-fifth of a share upon consummation of its initial business combination.

2. Trading Details and Ticker Information

Units will list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol SUMAU with trading to commence on March 11, 2026. Upon separation, Class A shares and warrants are expected to trade under SUMA and SUMAR tickers, respectively.

3. Over-Allotment Option

Underwriters led by Seaport Global Securities have a 45-day option to purchase up to 2,250,000 additional units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments. This overallotment facility could raise an extra $22.5 million if fully exercised.

4. Business Combination Strategy

As a blank check company, Suma Acquisition will seek mergers or acquisitions in technology-enabled sectors across the United States and other developed markets. The SPAC has no fixed target and will consider opportunities in multiple industries and geographies.
