Summit Hotel Properties declared a Q2 cash dividend of $0.08 a share on its common stock.
Preferred payouts were set at $0.390625 a share for the 6.25% Series E and $0.3671875 a share for the 5.875% Series F.
The operating partnership declared a $0.328125 per-unit distribution on 5.25% Series Z Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Units.
All dividends and distributions are payable Aug. 31 to holders of record Aug. 17.
